Aims

By writing your own paper in the field of company law and/or association law, you learn to write academically. You learn, among other things, to formulate a research question, to collect subject-specific sources, to analyse them critically and place them in context, to deal constructively with feedback, to develop a legal argumentation in a logical and creative manner, and to write this down in a fluent and structured manner and explain it orally.
