Content
This module introduces the technical, organisational and communicative knowledge and skills to manage multilingual translation projects using specific tools or not. Furthermore, students become familiar with aspects of the language and translation industry.
The topics covered include project analysis, budgeting, scheduling, project preparation (including with CAT tools), project launch, feedback management, invoicing, reporting, team management, client management and communication, project management systems, etc.
