  • present and illustrate with an example the work psychological insights and theories covered, their core concepts and the empirical observations
  • make connections between the work psychological theoretical models
  • recognize the theories and concepts discussed and apply them to concrete, practical situations
  • to critically evaluate basic occupational psychological questions and reports from practical situations on the basis of the literature covered
  • understand occupational psychological jargon
