Aims
Upon completion of this course, the student should be able:
- to explain the concept of causality and to be familiar with the basic empirical tools for economic policy evaluation.
- to evaluate the ideas and empirical methods used in most current research papers that deal with the empirical evaluation of economic policies.

Students should have mastered the courses D0N62A Economics or S0A25A Economics, as well as D0O24A Introduction to Quantitative Methods for Business and Economics.
