Students with a degree obtained at an institution of the Flemish Community

In order to be awarded the doctoral degree, the doctoral student needs to
- have succesfully completed the doctoral training programme (Doctoral Programme in Engineering Science (Leuven) - KU Leuven);
- have succesfully submitted and defended his/her PhD thesis according to the regulations of Arenberg Doctoral School of Science, Engineering & Technology.

Students with a degree not obtained at an institution of the Flemish Community

In order to be awarded the doctoral degree, the doctoral student needs to
- have succesfully completed the doctoral training programme (Doctoral Programme in Engineering Science (Leuven) - KU Leuven);
- have succesfully submitted and defended his/her PhD thesis according to the regulations of Arenberg Doctoral School of Science, Engineering & Technology.
