- Practical study, simulation and evaluation of a number of common communicative modes and situations in professional communication: meeting, speech, negotiation, company visit, communication with customers/suppliers, communication with colleagues, etc.
- Use of the different communication channels in business: phone call, e-mail, letter, report, etc.
- Analysis of the current economic and financial affairs in Poland based on internet sources and specialized media.
