Aims
To give the student a survey of operations management processes, with an emphasis on production- and supply decisions. The business economic reality behind logistic decisions will be emphasised. The content has a quantitative slant but the model will be moved a little bit more to the background in comparison with the commercial engineer education.
Previous knowledge
In the field of operations management no prior knowledge is required. It is necessary that the student has a basic knowledge of mathematical analysis
