This course wants to make you familiar with the ethic and juridic approaches of biomedical technology. You will be introduced to the most important ethic-juridic guidelines (Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice, Convention Human Rights and Biomedicine, European Guideline Clinical Trials). Eventually you will further study the right argumentation of ethic and juridic statements and you will learn how to argument in an ethically and juridically correct manner.
