Content
With the guidance of his supervisor, the student elaborates a research question in the domain of Adapted Physical Activity. The precise content is determined by the topic of the dissertation.
In the first year of the master thesis, the student works on the tasks as follows:
- To determine the research topic and research question
- To survey the literature
- To attend seminars with other students working in the research unit
- To discuss research aspects with the supervisor on a regular basis- To present the literature review and the synthesis of the research question in an oral presentation.
Description of learning activities
Students work on a master thesis under supervision of a promoter. The decision on the topic of the master thesis should be made before the end of February of the first year. At this moment in time, students have decided on a professional and disciplinary stream. Students should address a research question within the chosen disciplinary stream.
