Integrated RF Components and Circuits (B-KUL-H06E6A)
Aims
The focus of this course is on the relationship between semiconductor
technology and the high-frequency performance of devices and circuits.
For a better understanding, some basic concepts of microwave techniques
are explained first.
Previous knowledge
Necessary basis to disciplines as offered in the introductory courses H01M3A Elektronische basisschakelingen; H06F2A Semiconductor physics and H06F0A Semiconductor devices.
The students should also be familiar with the basic concepts of waves and electromagnetics, as taught as part of a physics course during the bachelor.
