Matters being treated are the significance and implications of the administrative power , its exercise in practice, as well as its partition amongst the different actors being part of God's people. A central position is also put aside for the office in Church, the way in which it is obtained and is lost. Notions penetrating the entire canon law, such as legal personality, domicile and prescription are also raised.
On the other hand the temporal goods of the Church are also examined in more detail. After an analysis about the meaning of property and possession in the Church and a reflection on the nature of temporal goods, and the profile of the administrator. Of course, pious wills may not be absent from this course.
