After prepatory program (maximum 10 credit points) :
- All other academic bachelors except Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Business Economics, Bachelor of Business Economics: Business Engineering, Bachelor of Business Economics: Information Systems Engineering, Bachelor of Business Engineering (obtained at a university college), Bachelor of Business Administration (obtained at a university college),
- All masters except Master of Economics, Master of Business Economics, Master of Business Economics: Business Engineering, Master of Business Economics: Information Systems Engineering, Master of Business Engineering (obtained at a university college), Master of Business Administration (obtained at a university college)
Students who have sufficient knowledge of economics and/or statistics can get exemptions in the preparatory program. They can consult the exemption database of FBE to determine whether they qualify for an exemption for courses from the preparatory program.

Students have to take the 8 required courses (34 credit points) plus the master's thesis (consisting of three courses summing up to 16 credit points). Students complete their curriculum up to 60 credit points with courses from this list of electives. Students who'd like to register for the Master of Business Economics have to select the route to Master of Business Economics from the electives.
