In some cases, applicants with another bachelor or master degree have to follow a package of preparatory courses before admission will be granted. Applicants must have a good command of both spoken and written English. Applicants from foreign countries where English is not the language of instruction have to provide a TOEFL or equivalent test with a score of a least 550.
